Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are failing to join the program you have purchased and enrolled into or want to cancel the same , we are here to help.

Refunds

In case you are failing to continue with the program you have enrolled in you must mail to us at reachus@pausenlearn.in explaining the cause and its genuineness.

Upon discussion only, we will be able to finalize the refund on case to case basis.

If you have enrolled for a program, it won't be possible to provide a refund once the program commences

The refund request can only be processed 3 days before the commencement of the program

The refund could be both ways. Either cash or voucher to be redeemed in a certain time period by signing up for some other service of Pause N Learn.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Transaction policy

The transaction cost of the service will be borne by you.
