We begin with a couple of deeper sessions to understand where you are and what you may need.

These initial conversations allow us to explore your current emotional landscape, life context, and inner patterns—while gently introducing practices that support awareness and grounding.

 

From there, the journey continues through shorter, regular sessions focused on meditation, breathwork, and simple techniques that you can integrate into your daily life.

 

Each step is guided and adapted based on your pace and experience.
