About the course

A 7 Day program to revitalise the biological Systems along with giving benefits of weight loss & boosting metabolism.

‘Kalp’ literally means – ’to change, to transform’. This program helps you bring a change in your energy and physical fitness by altering your diet and detox your body. Forget not that a small change in your food habit can help you better your mental health as well

- The program will offer you easy-to-follow dietary routine along with small Yogic techniques to flush out the toxins and make YOU feel energetic & super charged up.
